The Victorian Transport Association (VTA), in conjunction with the Victorian Enforcement Liaison Committee (VELC) and the Australian Road Transport Industrial Organisation (ARTIO), is holding a series of free Victorian Regional Industry Workshops on key road transport safety topics.
Senior representatives from VTA, ARTIO, Victoria Police, VicRoads and WorkSafe Victoria will run the workshops in Wangaratta, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Geelong and Traralgon from 6 – 23 May.
The workshops will focus on the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal and what it means to a business; give an update on Heavy Vehicle Enforcement; explain all about Chain of Responsibility and brief the industry on the latest in truck rollovers.
The sessions will also include a presentation from TWUSuper, which will cover superannuation options.
