Volvo Group Australia (VGA) has appointed Michael Bridge to National Fleet Director.
The newly created role comes as part of VGA’s efforts to further reinforce its customer-centric approach to fleet account management.
“This strategic new role is aimed at providing our fleet customers with a level of service that puts their success front and centre like never before,” said Tom Chapman, Vice President Sales and Marketing, Volvo
Trucks Australia.
“Michael brings with him an extensive history of providing class leading solutions for commercial vehicle customers and an admirable ability to build proactive and productive industry relationships,” he said.
Bridge will work with fleet key account managers across Volvo, Mack and UD brands to support and streamline day-to-day dealings between customers and VGA.
“We pride ourselves on our dedication towards customer success and this new role will only serve to move the needle even higher for our fleet customers,” said Chapman.
With a background in fleet account management, sales management, operations and logistics as well as truck sales, Michael Bridge joined Volvo Group Australia as a Key Account Manager in 2021.
