Toll Group appoints new Director to board

Toll Group has announced the appointment of Ken Ryan AM as a non-Executive Director. Ryan will replace outgoing Managing Director, Paul Little, effective immediately.

“Ken has the respect of his peers after more than two decades in the aviation industry, holding various management roles in Australia and Asia,” said Toll Group Chairman Ray Horsburgh. “He also has a broad range of experience that will bring a unique outlook to Toll. The Board is looking forward to having someone of Ken’s calibre join as a non-executive director.”

According to Toll, Ryan will join as an additional director to the Toll Board, after a career spanning more than 30 years gaining an in-depth knowledge of doing business in the Asia Pacific region.

“It is an honour and a privilege to be joining the Toll Board, and I look forward to helping this industry leader continue its progress well into the future,” said Ryan.

Former Managing Director Little has advised Toll that due to other commitments, he will not re-join Toll’s Board of Directors. However, he will still retain his role as a member of Toll’s Singapore Government Business Board.
