Former TNT finance director, Stewart Cummins, was appointed as chief financial officer of Transpacific Industries as part of a board renewal process that was announced in late 2011.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Cummins was employed as finance director of TNT Express in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands since 2005. He has also held senior financial roles with companies such as Caltex Australia and Dairy Farmers.
Transpacific is a leading provider of recycling, industrial services and waste management solutions.
