StarTrack has added two new online functions designed to provide more options for customers booking and receiving consignments using their website.
According to StarTrack, the launch of the new booking form for ad-hoc pick-ups means customers can now save time by booking online, with the only customer requirement to include an active StarTrack account number or a valid consignment note number.
In addition, receivers of StarTrack Express consignments who find a card in their letterbox advising of an attempted StarTrack delivery, can now log on and complete an online form that allows them to select from several delivery or pick-up options with either redelivery on a particular day, redirection to another address, or collection from a StarTrack depot.
For added security, StarTrack’s Premium service also includes post office delivery where if a receiver is not home, the parcel will be delivered to their local post office for collection.
