The Shell-V Power Racing team has announced the renewal of its strategic partnership with Penske Australia & New Zealand, which will see a continued focus on world-leading trucking solutions brand, MAN.
MAN’s involvement with the Shell V-Power Racing Team has been paramount, supporting the team’s logistics and operational demands with efficient solutions in the form of reliable high-performance vehicles, ensuring the safe delivery of the team’s resources and equipment across the country.
Shell V-Power Racing Team CEO, David Noble, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration’s renewal.
“Penske Australia & New Zealand, alongside MAN, have a long and successful history with our team,” he said.
“Our partnership has been united in building sustained success with a focus on continuous improvement. The synergy between us is strong, and continuing the journey with Penske demonstrates the passion we both share with motorsport.”
Managing Director of Penske Australia & New Zealand, Hamish Christie-Johnston, said the delivery of a brand-new MAN to the team mid-last year was one of many key milestones in the partnership’s extensive history.
“The all-new MAN TGX prime mover delivered to the Shell V-Power Racing Team features the powerhouse 640hp engine, boasts excellent driver fit, great efficiency and economy, and optimises uptime,” he said.
“As with the team’s performance on the race track, MAN combines power, efficiency, and safety into an innovative and impressive package.”
The Shell V-Power Racing Team and Penske Australia & New Zealand are looking forward to another chapter of innovative collaboration for both the world of motorsport and the trucking industry.
“This is a wonderful relationship that we share, and to extend this agreement into 2025 and beyond is extremely exciting for us,” Noble said.
“We look forward to sharing future success with Penske.”
