Parts support for the Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit brands will now come by way of Roadrunner Truck & Trailer.

The Orange-based dealer, which was re-launched earlier in the year, has joined the Penske Australia network it was announced today.

Roadrunner dealer principal, Nigel Smith and his team bring a combined experience of almost 80 years in heavy duty truck and trailer parts to the Penske customer base.

Smith is familiar with the renowned Penske brands having previously worked with Hartwigs as Fixed Operations Manager during part of his 15 year tenure at the business.

Prior to his time at Hartwigs he held roles at Kenworth and before that Truckline.

The team at Roadrunner includes parts manager Adam Wicks and senior parts salesman Mark Harrison, who have both worked in the trucking industry in Orange for many years.

The brands that form the Penske Australia stable are well-known and respected in the community, having established a loyal customer base given their exceptional experience and knowledge according to Smith.

“Along with my team, we are very excited by this new venture and looking forward to providing customers in the region with the best parts and the best customer service,” he said.
