QUBE employees commemorate ANZAC Day

QUBE staff in ANZAC Day hi-vis workwear.

Special edition hi-vis uniforms have been commissioned for staff to wear at various sites across Australia for QUBE.

The tribute to promote teamwork, respect and generosity saw QUBE staff adorn Women in Trucking Australia and ‘Courage’ hi-vis shirts by designer Phoenix Workwear to recognise ANZAC Day and the veterans who serve and have served.

As part of the initiative, the staff paused to reflect on the sacrifices made by the brave men and women of the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces – “remembering that our freedom is only free because of the high price so many paid”.

The shirts have travelled around Australia from Adelaide to Darwin, Melbourne, and Burnie.

They are still on their journey, and will travel to Brisbane and Perth.

Arrow Transport Logistics were among several commercial fleets across the nation who took a moment to acknowledge ANZAC Day.

“On ANZAC Day we salute our Australian service personnel for their extraordinary feats in times of conflict and peace and remember their service and sacrifice which continues today,” the company said.

“We also acknowledge the loved ones that supported or lost them.”
