New entrant in the Australian truck market, JAC from China, has announced the appointment of two well-known customer service experts to the organisation. It has announced the appointment of Taran Mutch as national service manager and Scott Morrison as national parts manager.
Taran comes to the company after holding a similar role at UD trucks, while Scott joins JAC from the Daimler organisation where he was national parts manager for Fuso.
“With a growing product range and increased sales volumes Taran and Scott bring vital customer service skills to our organisation at a critical time in our development,” said Jason Pecotic, CEO of JAC’s importers, White Motor Corporation. “Our strategy is to provide higher levels of customer service and support than our rivals and combined with a number of innovative warranty and customer initiatives this will help ensure that both Higer and JAC have a strong positive impact on the Australian market.”
