The Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) has been recognised with the Outstanding Freight & Logistics Project award at the Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue’s Boomtown Awards.
Accepting the accolade on behalf of Woolworths Group and Primary Connect, Director of Supply Chain Development and Program Delivery, Tamara Manasserian, praised the collaborative effort behind the project.
“Projects of this scale take many hands, capabilities and an incredible amount of effort,” she said, acknowledging the contributions of Primary Connect and Woolworths teams, delivery partners Vanderlande and Richard Crookes Constructions, as well as commercial partners and consultants.
The Moorebank RDC is a cornerstone of Greater Western Sydney’s supply chain transformation, aimed at enhancing connectivity, efficiency, safety, and sustainability for customers and the community.
