Top 30 freight forwarder, Mondiale VGL, has announced the appointment of a new Chief People Officer.
Natasha Dunbier was named in the role this week having moved across from Fletcher Building, where she held various senior executive human resources roles.
She brings proven experience in partnering with leaders to facilitate and embed people strategies, having also held human resource management roles at Coca Cola Amatil NZ and Fonterra.
Mondiale VGL Group Chief Executive Officer, Ray Meade said Dunbier brings a deep knowledge of engagement, change management, talent management and strategic planning to the company.
“Natasha’s experience and expertise will add significant value to Mondiale VGL and its employee base of more than 1500, both here in New Zealand and across our 63 global offices,” he said.
“Our people are our greatest asset, and I’m eager to work with Natasha to evolve the Mondiale VGL employee experience,” Meade said.
Commencing her role in mid-November, Dunbier described Mondiale VGL as a rapidly growing business with a 30-year history of success centred around its people and global network of relationships.
