Approximately 170 staff in leading roles at Linfox will undertake the Lean Six Sigma course over the next year, which will be delivered by the Australian Graduate School of Management.
The course focuses on providing problem solving tools in order to improve processes and providing collaborative tools to engage the right stakeholders at the right time.
“The course provides managers with a practical set of analytical tools to assess operations and identify improvements,” said Linfox Business Improvement Manager, Peter Buriani.
The Lean Six Sigma course will initially be introduced in Linfox’s FMCG Business Unit.
