Lindsay Australia has announced the appointment of a Non-Executive Director.
The appointment of Rodney Boys was made public yesterday by the company.
Boys is a deeply experienced senior executive and company director with more than 30 years’ experience.
He has worked across a range of industries with large-scale enterprise experience in capital allocation, M&A, transformation, cost efficiency and the implementation and oversight of strong systems of performance management, risk management, compliance and governance.
His leadership positions include Australia Post, Acting CEO & Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer which included executive director responsibilities across a range of entities, including StarTrack.
During 15 years in executive director roles at Bunnings, Boys’ responsibilities included, CFO, CIO, and Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Rodney previously held senior roles in the Wesfarmers Group including in the rural operations, trading as ‘Landmark’.
Boys is a Director and Chair, Risk, Audit and Governance Committee of the National Heart Foundation, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the INSEAD International Executive Program and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
