JATEC Transport has appointed a new General Manager.
Business Development Manager, Caitlin Barlow, has been promoted internally.
“I would like to announce some very exciting news at JATEC Transport on the promotion of Caitlin Barlow from our Business Development Manager to being our new General Manager,” said Troy Barlow, JATEC Transport Managing Director.
“As everyone that knows Caitlin, she has worked extremely hard over past few years since joining the business and promoting the industry,” he said in an online statement.
“Some standout achievements so far in productivity have been the implementation of our new website, the introduction of sign on glass technology and simplifying our invoicing through the move to Xero.”
Barlow has also contributed to the culture of the business.
In recent years she has overseen programs to raise awareness for men’s health and introduced staff learning BBQs and an Annual Family Day, which unites all of the JATEC staff and their families.
Barlow worked at Bevchain and Metcash and achieved a distinction as a graduate for her Bachelor of Commerce before joining the family business.
