Hino 300 Series designed for comfort

Hino’s new generation 300 Series light-duty truck range has been upgraded inside the cab and out in a bid to improve comfort and ergonomics.

According to the manufacturer, the has the best in improved cabin ergonomics, comfort and convenience, ease of maintenance and vehicle security.

Larger door apertures, wider opening doors, larger steps, increased foot and leg space, and a collapsible gearshift lever are all designed to improve cabin entry and egress.

“Driving comfort features include new seats, instruments, switches, and remote central locking with integrated engine immobiliser,” said Hino Australia’s divisional manager, product strategy, marketing and dealer development, Alex Stewart.

“All models have factory-fitted air conditioning, while crew cab models have an independent rear air conditioner unit – the only light truck in Australia with this feature.

Wide cab models have been designed to accommodate a wide range of drivers. It is suitable for drivers who from 146 to 203cm in height. In addition, wide cab models feature a driver’s suspension seat as standard equipment.
