Hiab has released the new T-Boom 160T‑6 truck-mounted crane.
“The T-Boom truck-mounted crane is one of the largest stiff boom cranes that Hiab has introduced to the Australian market. It’s a unit that has been requested especially by companies in the mining and resources sectors,” says Jonathan Toye, National Product Manager for Hiab Australia.
“The T-Boom can be fitted to a number of specialised transport vehicles including rigid flat deck trailers and prime movers, and is ideally suited for transport operators handling heavy equipment.”
The T-Boom 160T-6’s main features include a lifting capacity of 320kg, along with an 18.7m reach, a lifting angle up to 80 degrees and a 360-degree continuous rotation function, giving the user more flexibility to move their payload. The unit also comes with the option of Hiab’s Jib feature, which allows the crane to exceed its reach even further.
