Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is relocating the heavy vehicle inspection station at Port Macquarie to Wauchope in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales.
“Inspections will start from 5 March at the new location of 23 Commerce Street, Wauchope,” says an RMS spokesperson. “The new site will provide improved access and better inspection facilities for heavy vehicle operators.
“There are more than 100 heavy vehicle inspection sites around NSW and heavy vehicle operators can book in for an assessment up to three months in advance,” the spokesperson adds.
