Australian Trucking Association (ATA) Councillor and Boral Logistics Compliance Manager ACT/NSW, Craig Guthrie, has been appointed as the ATA representative to the Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Council's (TLISC) Industry Advisory Committee.
Mr Guthrie attended his first meeting as the ATA representative last week. “As the industry goes through some changes with the NHVR and national law, it’s particularly important to make sure our training is up to the task,” he said.
“This committee is a great opportunity to extend and promote the work the ATA Skills and Workforce Committee already does, and I look forward to keeping the ATA abreast of the issues raised in this area.”
