Freightliner Australia says it was proud to present a cheque for $16,000 to Brainwave, its partner charity at its annual ‘Chairman’s Night’.
The money was raised as part of Freightliner Australia’s 25th Anniversary celebrations, where a limited edition Harley Davidson customised Coronado 114 was auctioned off. The large cheque was presented to Caroline Scully, Brainwave’s General Manager, by Freightliner’s Senior Manager Rod West.
“We are delighted to be able to make this donation to Brainwave Australia,” said Daniel Whitehead Managing Director Daimler Trucks. “I’m certain the money raised will not only go a long way in supporting children with paediatric brain illnesses but also to their families going through tough times,.”
The Brainwave charity supports children with paediatric brain illnesses and has been a long-term partner for Freightliner and MBAuP.
