Mobile fuel Truck top end spec

Tank
Australian made 6000 litre heavy duty bunded and baffled tank, fully compliant and certified to C1 / C2 transport spec.
All fill and discharge points are from the top of the tank eliminating spill and leak risks, includes 2 cam lock bulk fill and bulk unload fittings and dipstick.
The tank is mounted to a substantial subframe cradle and along with the actual tank is quite heavy but designed to handle the abuse of being operated onsite in less than ideal conditions.
The tank comes fitted with an Australian compliance certified vacuum vent valve.
Different tank and subframe colours along with logos/stickers etc can be arranged for additional cost.


Plumbing

The truck is fitted with a heavy duty spring rewind Mcnaught reel with 20 Metres of Parker 1 wire 1 hose, auto cut off Catlow 1 nozzle and 2 way hose swivel.
All suction and delivery hoses are crimped 1-1/4 1 wire hose utilising common BSPT fittings to eliminate any chance of leaks.
Piusi quad vane 24 volt pump which is capable in this configuration of delivering 140 litres a minute. The pump is operated via a lockable E stop.
Cimtek hi flow filter / water separator is fitted along with ultra-reliable Fill-Rite 901 series mechanical flow meter.

Electrical

All auxiliary electrical load is drawn from auxiliary century batteries which are fed from the truck main batteries via a Red arc 24/12 battery charger. This is to keep all additional circuits separate from the truck requirements.
12 / 24 volt jump start terminals are fitted and the truck is supplied with suitable jumper cables.
All additional electrical components are fitted in a weather proof locked switch board box.
All circuits are circuit protected via resettable circuit breakers and there is one additional circuit fitted for additional requirements.
All cabling to and from switch board box is via 50 Amp plugs and bulk heads enabling easy plug and play functionality should a component need to be removed for maintenance or replacement.



Truck

GME UHF, LED work lights, LED revolving light LED tail lights . All lights are good quality units being either Hella or Ecco brand lights.
Whitlock ADR approved heavy duty alloy bull bar fitted with the light bar installed to minimise disturbance of air flow through the radiator.
Stainless Lelox mudguards fitted to drive axle.
Compliant fire extinguisher fitted.
