Cat Trucks has announced the appointment of accomplished sales executive Jeffrey Magdziarz as the company’s new National Fleet Sales Manager, reporting directly to Cat Trucks Managing Director, Kevin Dennis.
“This is a highly strategic appointment for our business,” Mr Dennis said. “Jeffrey brings more than 30 continuous years of knowledge and experience to Cat Trucks, along with an excellent track record for forging long-term, successful relationships with Australia’s major fleets.
“His understanding of the specific needs of fleet customers is second to none and will be an absolute asset to Cat Trucks, particularly following recent developments in our product range. The timing could not be better.”
After a long career with a prominent diesel engine supplier where for more than three decades he was instrumental in establishing the brand’s involvement with truck operators throughout Australia and the Pacific region, Magdziarz said the time is right for a fresh start.
“I’m truly excited about the prospects for this role with Cat Trucks,” he explained. “However, the decision to join the company certainly wasn’t a spur of the moment event. Plenty of thought and discussion went into it but all the way through it was apparent that the future is extremely bright.
“I’ve worked with Kevin Dennis before and while my background and focus are in servicing fleet accounts, we share the same goals; to build the product name and make the most of every opportunity by establishing customer relationships that last.”
The appointment of Magdziarz comes as the company will soon launch the new CT630S short-bonneted model for B-double duties as a critical addition to the Cat Trucks stable.
