Bundaberg convoy gets truckies out helping sick kids

The Bundaberg Combined Lions Truck Drive is expected to be on this weekend, raising money to help kids in the Bundaberg Region.

The community event raises money for children’s wards at the Bundaberg Base and Mater Hospital in Bundaberg.

The transport companies in the region will be there in force, as well as some coming further afield like Andrew Mcsweeney from ScuzzTrans based in Brisbane, who is bringing his Western Star tribute to Ned Kelly.

There will be rides for the children, face-painting, many food stalls, entertainment, country music, rock and rollers, drag racing car display, hot rods, old Holden club, and much more.
