Brown and Hurley present new Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Cleaning System

The Brown and Hurley Group has recently installed a state-of-the-art Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Cleaning System at the company's Darra Dealership in Queensland.

The cleaning equipment, supplied by US company FFX, gives truck operators the option to clean their own DPFs. The DPF servicing process is expected to take approximately two hours and can be either done by removing the DPF from the vehicle at the Darra complex or having the DPF delivered to the facility for cleaning. If a total thermal bake is required – in case the DPF is extremely blocked – the process can take up to 12 hours.

According to Brown and Hurley, investing in the new DFP cleaning equipment is a further commitment to the company's long-term philosophy of putting profits back into their business to offer their customers a higher level of service.
