Boss Haulage invests in Isuzu

ACT-based haulage and excavation specialist Boss Haulage has taken delivery of a new Isuzu FRR 500 factory used to transport of small to medium material and equipment loads.

According to Enzo Morabito of Boss Haulage, the tipper’s SiTEC Series III 205 engine, rated at 151 kW at 2,600 RPM and with 637 Nm @ 1,600 RPM, provides the strength to transport heavy loads of various materials and equipment up to 6000 kilograms.

“The easy control provided by the truck’s steering (power assisted recirculating ball) makes the drive quite pleasurable,” he said. “The ride is smooth and comfortable (double acting hydraulic shock absorbers on the front axle).”

Established in 1998, the Boss Haulage is a multi-faceted operation specialising in haulage, earthmoving, road maintenance, equipment hire and materials supply.
