With the Australian Trucking Convention coming closer, the ATA has unveiled the major auction item for the Volvo Night at the Races Auction Dinner – a Volvo FH540 Euro 5 prime mover.
This Prime Mover is rated for B-double combinations, and comes with an enviable list of specifications, including an active safety pack. This year, bids on the Prime Mover can only be made in advance of the Convention, allowing the truck handover to occur at the Auction Dinner. Final Bids must be received by 5:00pm Monday 30 April 2012.
Live auctions will also be taking place at the Auction Dinner, with a range of items including the CIMC trailer and two amazing Thermo King SB330 refrigeration units. Along with ATA host, cricket legend Simon O’Donnell, and phantom races with lots of prizes and trophies up for grabs, the Volvo Night at the Races Auction Dinner will be a sparkling highlight of the Australian Trucking Convention.
